As seeker, the first thing you should know about – is yourself! The Latin, "temet nosce" is an important axiom to reflect upon when embarking upon the mystic's journey; for hopefully along the way, you will learn more and more about who and what you are. Ultimately we come to know ourself as everyone and everything – and that is a lot to know... So with that I embark upon reflecting "my" little verse in the cosmic story....

Know thyself

Russell von Ohlhausen, is a research astrologer, writer & teacher. A student of Buddhist, Hermetic and Christian philosophies and having lived briefly in Tibet, his work echoes a spiritual undertone synthesized with a longtime study of science, religion, myth, metaphysics & most importantly–nature. Among his research initiatives, his work in bio-celestial mechanicss has been internationally recognized and has been introduced as a mew pillar of a foundational theory of astrological science. He is a co-founder of the Astrological Society of Austin. Along with his partner Shannon Gill, is co-founder of The Shift Foundation, and the ASTRAM Academy.
